This is a theme I just played with, nothing huge or jawdropping, just an animated lockscreen and animated wallpapers, some coloured spinning wheels and a few other little bits. This is a result of playing with webkit-transitions as part of learning how that stuff works. Select "Apple Tap" from Winterboard menu.
